Madison Healthcare Services recently completed COVID-19 testing on staff associated with the Care Center and Care Center residents. There have been no positive cases identified at Madison Healthcare Services in our recent round of testing. The Minnesota Department of Health and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services call for robust testing of staff and residents to establish a baseline of Covid-19 infections among our most vulnerable populations. Madison Healthcare Services is committed to protecting our residents and staff.
With no cases identified, Madison Healthcare Services will be moving to a level 2 visitation status for the Care Center.
- Care Center residents may have 1 indoor visitor. This must be the same person for each visit
- Masks requirements and hand hygiene must be followed
- Social distancing requirements must be followed
