A New Senior Living Experience
When construction is completed in 2022 Madison Healthcare Services will offer seniors in our region an unmatched option for care. A newly re
novated 51 bed Care Center will provide skilled nursing care 24 hours a day. All residents will have private rooms with bathroom and a shower option, flat-screen televisions, and ample closets. Residents’ rooms will be flooded with natural daylight and views from the large windows.
In addition to the Care Center Madison Healthcare Services is adding a 12 unit Independent/Assisted Living Building. Private apartments feature full kitchens and baths, underground parking along with in-suite laundry. Residents will have a variety of options when it comes to care and services including, spa baths, meals, nurse visits, and housekeeping services.

The new Independent and Assisted Living Complex will sit along 3rd Avenue with a new covered entrance to the new town center. The renovated Care Center will have views along 10th Street with large dining and outdoor spaces.
