MHS Employee of the Month Nomination

The following minimum criteria will be used in selecting the Employee of the Month:

All employees are eligible, except members of the Admin Team

(CEO, CFO, HR Director, Quality/Compliance Manager, Director of Nursing Care Center & Hospital, Director of Ambulatory Services)
Nominations may be submitted by co-workers, supervisors or patients/families/residents
An employee can only be awarded Employee of the Month once a year
