The health of our residents and staff is our top priority. We appreciate the trust and support that they, their families and the community have placed in Madison Healthcare Services. We are following strict infection control procedures to help reduce and prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). Families are encouraged to call the facility and talk to their resident’s Care Coordinator if they have any questions.

Madison Healthcare Services is committed to providing exceptional care while protecting the health and well-being of our residents and staff. We are taking all necessary precautions and are doing everything possible to protect our patients, residents, and staff.
We have aggressive and proactive infection control measures in place as well as stringent screening procedures which we believe will help us manage these cases as effectively as possible.
As we have always done, if an issue arises that is connected to any specific resident their designated loved one(s) will be contacted promptly. The Minnesota Department of Health takes responsibility for contact tracing and notifications outside of the Madison Healthcare Services organization. This webpage will be updated with the latest information available for family members of Care Center residents and will provide the most up to date information.
