Patients and/or responsible parties with balances owed to Madison Healthcare Services may be eligible for Financial Assistance based on a combination of family size and household income based on the US Federal Poverty Guidelines. Any balance can be considered for charity, including balances after insurance payment.
Madison Healthcare Services will charge a person for emergency or other medically necessary care who qualify under the Financial Assistance Policy less than the amounts generally billed for emergency or other medically necessary care to individuals who have insurance covering such care.
