Position Summary
Madison Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician who is BE/BC Family Medicine to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide full-spectrum care in a rural community setting, including clinic, hospital/emergency room and care center services, for patients of all ages. Madison Healthcare current medical staff consists of 2- MD, 1-DNP/APRN/CNP, 1- PA-C and 1-NP. You will work closely with a dynamic and collaborative group of clinicians who value shared decision-making and teamwork. Salary
$265,175-$343,168
Duties / Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient, inpatient and ER care across the lifespan, including preventive, acute, chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR.
Education / Experience
- MD/DO
- AMG or IMG
- BC/BE PREFERRED
- Licensure by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Experience in outpatient/ambulatory care/ER required
- DEA certification or eligibility.
- BLS, ACLS, CALS, PALS or ATLS certifications preferred (required by end of orientation).
- EPIC EMR experience desirable (training available).
