Madison Clinic Services
Family medicine services provided at the Madison clinic include care for prenatal, pediatrics, chronic diseases, acute illnesses and injuries, gynecology, preventive care, and minor emergencies. We also provide flu shots, Medicare wellness visits, sport physicals and Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals.
